Three of Canada's acclaimed writers Nino Ricci, Bonnie Burnard and Ray Robertson, read from their works, and talk with MC Ted Barris and the audience.

Swinging 40's Cabaret
Swing, Dixieland,jazz, some 40's nostalgia - with clarinetist Peter Randell and his Gents of Swing, featuring Carol Gibson and Sharon Smith
Sept 26th, 8 p.m. at the Uxbridge Music Hall
Tickets $25 includes refreshments (with cash bar)

Sounds like a fun event. Makes me wish I was near by and could go. As an artist, I enjoy looking at other peoples work. These days I am unable to do much of my own art.
Now there's an event I'd like to see ... sculpture carving. :)
